Alison Doody
Alison Doody is a Dublin native, born into wealthy family members in Dublin In Ireland, in the year 1966. She is the youngest child of three. She was educated in a convent, where she discovered a love of the arts. Following a short period after that, she was able to return to the National College of Fine Arts of Dublin. But because she was lacking determination, she decided that she required to rest, and decided to give the school ten months. While sitting with her friends in a coffee shop an artist approached her and demanded to model. In the hope of earning pocket money, she said yes. Then she discovered modeling lucrative and fun. Contracts for modeling led to commercial projects and eventually took her across the globe. One day, a casting director saw her work, and suggested that she take up acting instead. After she turned 19 the casting director accompanied her to London which she landed an audition to star in A View to a Kill which is the most recent James Bond film. It was because she loved acting that she considered pursuing a career this field. Following her debut film, she shot a few TV productions both in London and in Dublin However, her major breakthrough came when she was cast as Aryan seductress in Dr. Elsa Schneider in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989).
