MadisonMadison Elle Beer from Long Island, New York was an early lover of music. She started posting videos in 2012 of her performing renditions of songs of the past. Justin Bieber, a pop celebrity, found her rendition of Etta's "At Last" within a couple of months, and shared the song with his more than 25 million followers on Twitter. The coverage led to her signing a contract with a record label with Island Records, and then the signing of a management contract with Bieber's manager. In the meantime, Beer was also cast in a small role in the film Louder Than Words, which starred David Duchovny and made its film festival debut in 2013. Her debut single that was melismatic and poppy "Melodies," also saw release late that year.
